Pet Policy
Dogs and Cats Allowed: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home with an 85lb weight limit per pet. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $400 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. The following aggressive breeds or combinations of breeds are not permitted; Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, Akita, Doberman, Presario Cano and Alaskan Malamute.
